We are proud of our motivated team of chefs in the Mohren-Kitchen, for whom the daily compilation of the menu is a creative challenge and a great pleasure. We are in the lucky position of being able to choose from a whole host of regional products which enable us to create new and exciting dishes according to the season. We offer originality that is a far cry from gastronomic monotony!
Fresh Fish from Lake Fuschl
Lake Fuschl is a very special treasure: thirteen different species of fish thrive in these deep waters. In the traditional manor the local fishermen drift quietly onto the lake on their tardy quest for fish of all kinds depending on the season. The nimble trout, the predatory pike, the slender eel and many more: freshly caught they arrive at the Mohrenwirt-Kitchen and enhance our menu in a particularly healthy and delicious way.
